Terms of service

These Purchase and Service Terms (hereinafter – the Rules) are a binding legal document that establishes the rights and obligations of you, as the buyer (hereinafter – the Client), and UAB Solution4U, legal entity code 307113854, VAT code LT100017691512, address Konstitucijos pr. 15-24, Vilnius, email address orders@solution4u.lt, tel. No.: +37060081322 (hereinafter – the Seller or MM Stitch), regarding the purchase of goods, payment, delivery, returns, and other conditions while shopping at the online store located at www.mmstitch.lt (hereinafter – the E-store).

Important: Before using the E-store or purchasing goods, please read these Rules carefully. Each time you order goods, you agree to comply with the Rules, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. If you do not agree with these Rules, you should not use the E-store.

PART 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND ACCOUNT

1.1. The following have the right to use the E-store and conclude purchase-sale agreements (hereinafter – the Agreement):

  • natural persons of legal age whose capacity is not restricted;
  • legal entities acting through authorized representatives.

1.2. By creating an account in the E-store, you are responsible for the security of your login data. You may not transfer your account or login data to third parties. All activities performed using your account are considered your responsibility.

1.3. You undertake to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (first name, last name, email address, delivery address, payment details, etc.). The Seller is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate or incorrect data provided by you.

PART 2. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND GOODS

2.1. Descriptions of goods and photos in the E-store are for informational purposes. The Seller has made every effort to represent colors, dimensions, and other characteristics as accurately as possible. However, due to the screen specifics of the device you use, settings, or other technical factors, the actual colors or appearance of the goods may slightly differ from those depicted.

2.2. The E-store offers both standard textile products (T-shirts, etc.) and embroidery services based on the Client's individual order.

2.3. Product descriptions, prices, and assortment are subject to change without prior notice. The Seller reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.

2.4. The purchase-sale agreement between the Client and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Client creates a shopping cart in the E-store (choosing a standard product or an individual service), provides all necessary data, selects a payment method, confirms familiarity with these Rules, and pays for the ordered goods/services.

2.5. Upon receiving the order and payment, the Seller sends an automated order confirmation email to the Client. If the Seller cannot fulfill the order due to significant reasons, they undertake to inform the Client immediately and refund the money paid.

PART 3. PRICES, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY

3.1. Prices for goods and services in the E-store are indicated in Euros, including VAT (UAB Solution4U is a VAT payer, VAT LT100017691512). The price does not include shipping, customs, or other taxes, which will be clearly indicated during the order process before you confirm the purchase.

3.2. The Client undertakes to pay for the goods/services using one of the payment methods offered in the E-store. You guarantee that the provided payment information is true and correct and that you have the right to use the specified payment instruments.

3.3. Shipping and Delivery:

  • Goods are delivered to the Client via a delivery service selected by the Seller.
  • Indicated delivery terms are preliminary. The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the actions of third parties (carriers, customs) or circumstances beyond the Seller's control (force majeure).
  • Risk of loss passes to the Client once the goods are handed over to the carrier.
PART 4. WARRANTY AND RETURN RIGHTS

4.1. A Client purchasing standard, non-embroidered goods that are not individualized according to their instructions has the right to withdraw from the distance purchase-sale agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason.

4.2. To exercise this right (for standard goods), the Client must notify the Seller of their decision to return the goods in writing (email: orders@solution4u.lt) by providing a clear statement.

4.3. Returned standard goods must be:

  • in the original, undamaged packaging;
  • unused, undamaged, and having maintained their commercial appearance (except for changes necessary to inspect the item);
  • with all labels and a document proving the purchase.

4.4. IMPORTANT EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF RETURN (Individualized Goods):
In accordance with Article 6.228(10), Part 4 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Client does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement (i.e., return the goods) if the agreement was concluded for goods manufactured according to the Client's special instructions, which are clearly tailored to them, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned. This means that textile products embroidered, modified, or otherwise personalized according to an individual order are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where manufacturing defects or quality deficiencies are identified.

4.5. The costs of returning standard goods are paid by the Client (consumer).

4.6. Upon receiving the returned standard goods and assessing their condition, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid by the Client within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the notification of withdrawal, but not before the goods have been returned to the Seller.

PART 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. All content in the E-store, including texts, photos, logos, design, trademarks, and software, is the intellectual property of UAB Solution4U, its affiliates, or licensors and is protected by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and international intellectual property laws.

5.2. You do not have the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content of the E-store for any commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Seller.

PART 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND APPLICABLE LAW

6.1. The Seller is not responsible for losses arising from technical disruptions of the E-store or the activities of third-party services (e.g., payment operators, internet providers).

6.2. These Rules and all obligations arising from them are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

6.3. All disputes arising from these Rules or related to purchases in the E-store shall be settled through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the Seller's registered address (in Vilnius), except cases where the consumer has a legal right to apply to the court of their place of residence.

6.4. To protect their consumer rights, the Client may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or use the Electronic Dispute Resolution (EDR) platform (ec.europa.eu).

PART 7. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. The Seller reserves the right to review and update these Rules at any time. Changes take effect from the day they are published in the E-store. The Rules in force at the time the order was placed apply to the Client's purchase.
