Shipping policy

2. Delivery Methods
- Courier – delivery to your specified address.
- Parcel lockers – delivery to a selected parcel locker.
- International delivery – carried out via FEDEX.
3. Delivery Terms
- Standard delivery time: 1–3 business days from the completion of order production.
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Cost
The delivery price depends on the chosen method, as well as the size and weight of the item. The exact amount is displayed before confirming the order.
5. Responsibility
The Seller:
- Adheres to the established delivery terms.
- Is responsible for the safety of the goods until they are handed over to the courier.
- In case of a delay due to the seller's fault, the buyer may cancel the order and receive a refund.
The Buyer:
- Provides correct delivery data.
- Accepts the goods at the time of delivery.
- Inspects the shipment at the time of receipt and immediately informs the courier if any damage is noticed.
6. Order Modification and Cancellation
- Individually embroidered/sewn orders are non-returnable.
- If the shipment has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but it may be returned in accordance with the return policy.
