Refund policy

1.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement and return goods of satisfactory quality within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, except for individually manufactured goods with embroidery (subject to Clause 3.11). This right applies only to standard, non-embroidered goods.

1.2. In order to return a quality item without embroidery, the Buyer must inform the Seller via email and complete a return form, which is provided upon request at orders@solution4u.lt. The item must be sent back no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt.

1.3. The Buyer is responsible for the proper packaging of the item for return. The costs of returning the goods are covered by the Buyer, unless the Seller specifies a different procedure.

1.4. Goods must be returned to the address specified by the Seller.

1.5. Money for returned goods without embroidery, along with the original delivery costs, is transferred after the Seller inspects and confirms that the item is in proper condition.

1.6. Funds are returned to the bank account provided by the Buyer.

1.7. If the money cannot be transferred due to inaccurate data provided by the Buyer or other reasons of the Buyer's fault, the Seller shall not be considered to have breached their obligations.

1.8. A returned item without embroidery must meet the following requirements:

  • 1.8.1. be in its original or other neat packaging;
  • 1.8.2. be undamaged;
  • 1.8.3. be unused, with its commercial appearance unchanged, and with all labels and protectors intact (except for faulty goods);
  • 1.8.4. be in its full set (complete configuration).

1.9. If the item does not meet these conditions, the Seller has the right to refuse it and not refund the money.

1.10. Goods with embroidery, manufactured according to an individual order, cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases where they are of poor quality. Since these goods are produced according to the client's individual instructions, they fall under the category of non-returnable goods according to Article 6.228(10), Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
